Have any of you ever been confronted by someone off their heads on cocaine?

It isn't nice and it's a bit worrying because you don't know if they'll drop on the first punch, by the time you've calculated the risk and decided it's worth a punch they will have moved onto how they're going to kill everyone in your family. People are saying Charlie Sheen is nuts, he isn't nuts he's off his head on cocaine. He's an F-18 he's untoucable as he says but the media insists on saying he has mental issues. Why won't they say even in the British media that he is off his head on Cocaine?
