I need to find out how to sign a child up for the toys for tots program.?

I just got custody of my 4 year old nephew who came from a really bad situation. He has absolutly nothing. My stepmom (his grandma) has stage 4 cancer, so we dont want to burden her or my dad with any financial issues. My husband and I are NOT on any government funding, We just need a little help trying to give this boy a decent christmas. Any information I could get about toys for tots or any other programs would be very helpful.
