Does she really have issues?

actually i would think it was odd as well.....but maybe just because someone feels strange or afraid of physical contact doesn't mean that they don't crave it, need it, wish for it. it could be that it takes them a very long time to get to that point and the jokes and chats with your friend is a way of working up to intimacy.....
