How to lose 10 kilos in 5 weeks, any ideas?

I am 5' 3" tall and currently weigh 77 kilos. I would like to lose 10 kilos in 5 weeks. I have access to an exercise bike which I plan to ride for approx an hour every day. I also play Badminton one night a week. Any other ideas for me, apart from the obvious watching what I eat
