Okay i recently asked what could make my nails grow strong and healthy after years of biting them...?

Okay recently i asked on here what could make my nails grow strong after finally quitting..And a lot of people said gelatin well i can not take Knox gelatin for personal reason so what other ways can i get gelatin help? Can i like eat enough jello to make my nails grow faster??Since its main ingredient it gelatin? thanks for your help in advance!!!
