Where is a good place to buy fresh fish,lobster,crab,etc. for reasonable prices in LA county?

I want a legit fresh fish market that isn't overpriced,but quality is still good. Could be ANYWHERE in LA county, but I would prefer somewhere by the harbors and ports but wouldn't mind looking elsewhere either!!!!!!
