Does anyone in the dallas area use ignite (powered by stream energy) for their electric service?

Yes.. about 18 monsth ago I signed a contract to purchase electricity at 12.9 cents per kwh. I am curious why you are asking... :o) my rate is pretty good because electriciy prices have gone up....
