How to cook frozen shrimp already on a skewer?

I bought three skewers of shrimp from Walmart while ago, & placed them in my freezer. What is the best way for me to go about cooking them? I can't grill them, but I can cook them in the oven. Also, should I defrost them first? And what would be the best method?
