Is my baby anorexic???????

My 8 month old baby isn't eating, unless I feed her myself. Tonight, I took her out to a five-star restaurant. I ordered the steak and mashed potatoes for her. I set the plate down, and she started to just poke at it and scoop mashed potatoes in her mouth. Then, she started to make it dribble down her mouth. Is she disgusting, or what? I put a steak knife and fork for her to eat with. This crazy girl just threw it down like some uncivilized monkey! I escorted her out and I had to take the rest of my meal in a doggy bag. She is now in her crib for time-out. Is she anorexic? Or is she just slow? help!
