Where can i have this party?

Ok so me and my three friends are throwing a big end of the school year party.... We are not sure where to have it yet... The party is for about 70 4th and 5th grade kids.... Somewhere in Norman, OK or about 10-30 miles away.. But fairly close.... It will be in May close to the 30th. we were hoping to rent a party hall or something for 2-3 hours. we are on a very low budget-100-250 dollars, just for the place to rent.... So somewhere between that budget.. Thanks in advance!!!
